Multifamily development programs (or rental housing programs) include the State Apartment Incentive Loan Program (SAIL), Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bonds (MMRB), HOME Investment Partnerships, Elderly Housing Community Loan program (EHCL) and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
