Chuck Cooley

Chuck has been serving the Treasure Valley as a Realtor® since 2015. He specializes in his passion for first time home buyers, land, and probate sales. Chuck loves the community here in Idaho and does real estate to feed that passion for working with people. Chuck is retired Law Enforcement, but currently still a volunteer fire chief with Murphy, Reynolds, Wilson Fire/Rescue. His involvement as a fire chief and retired law enforcement makes Chuck experienced with skills like communication, problem solving, leadership and guiding, and being a welcoming space for new and old clients.

When he isn’t in the firehouse or with clients, you can find Chuck welding, woodworking, or enjoying some gardening with his wife of 27 years. Chuck also has 5 kids,15 grandkids, and 1 great grandkid that he loves to spend time with. Chuck has been serving his community and family in more ways than real estate for years, and it's his passion to serve that keeps him always attentive to his clients needs and creating the best experience for each one.
